Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options are based on the quantity of items purchased and the delivery service selected at checkout.
Piegatto furniture and products are available for international delivery and can be shipped directly to clients in most countries worldwide. Please refer to the list of available destinations to confirm if shipping is available in your country.
Certain countries may require the customer to provide an importer registration code or additional import documentation. It may also be helpful to identify countries that currently maintain free trade agreements with Guatemala.
For shipments destined to the United States, Guatemala, and countries within the European Union, Piegatto is able to coordinate and manage the customs clearance process. For all other destinations, customs procedures and import formalities must be handled by the customer. However, our team remains available to provide guidance and support throughout the process.
We are also evaluating the possibility of working with customs brokers or specialized import companies that could assist clients with local import procedures for Piegatto products for an additional service fee.
Standard delivery is included with all Piegatto orders. This service covers transportation and delivery to the entrance, front door, or receiving area of the residence, building, or warehouse specified by the customer. Standard delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, installation, or placement of the products inside the property.
For customers located in the United States, Guatemala, and the European Union, White Glove Delivery Service is available upon request. Clients located in other countries who require this premium service may contact website@piegatto.com or their assigned sales representative for availability and pricing information.
To coordinate White Glove Service, the exact delivery address, postal code, and floor number (if applicable) are required in advance. This service includes unpacking, handling, and placement of the furniture in the specific location requested by the customer.
Preparing for Your Delivery
Before your order arrives, we recommend planning the exact location where your new furniture will be installed. Our Design Team can assist you in visualizing the arrangement and integration of the pieces within your space.
Once the placement area has been determined, please review the delivery path inside the property to ensure the furniture can be moved safely and efficiently from the entry point to the final destination. Whenever possible, select a route with minimal obstacles, narrow hallways, sharp turns, or staircases.
To help avoid delivery issues, carefully verify the following measurements:
- Exterior doorways: measure height, width, and clearance from adjacent walls.
- Staircases: if the furniture must be moved between floors, measure the width of the stairs, including curves, landings, and turning points.
- Elevators: for apartment or condominium deliveries, measure the elevator door opening, interior dimensions, and overall clearance space.
Please also take into consideration the dimensions of the packaging materials, as shipping crates and protective packaging may require additional clearance beyond the product dimensions themselves.
Care & Maintenance
Piegatto Indoor Collection
Piegatto indoor furniture is manufactured using laminated birch plywood and bamboo veneer finishes. These natural materials are intended for interior use and should be protected from direct sunlight, rain exposure, and environments with excessive moisture or humidity.
Our indoor pieces may be placed in fully protected outdoor settings such as covered terraces, pergolas, or roofed patios, as long as they remain completely shielded from weather conditions. Even in covered areas, environments with consistently high humidity are not recommended, as prolonged exposure may affect the finish, structure, and long-term performance of the materials.
For regular maintenance, clean surfaces using only a soft cloth lightly dampened with water. Avoid using waxes, soaps, detergents, chemical cleaners, solvents, or abrasive products, as these substances may damage the protective coating or alter the appearance of the finish over time.
To maintain the original beauty and longevity of your furniture, we recommend removing dust frequently and cleaning surfaces gently whenever necessary.
Piegatto Warranty & Return Policy
Piegatto offers a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural failures resulting from normal residential use of the product.
Our goal is for every client to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you need assistance with a return or exchange, our team will gladly assist you. We recommend carefully inspecting all products upon delivery and retaining all original packaging materials if a return may be necessary.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service using the information above to request a return or exchange for eligible items. Please note the following conditions:
- All products should be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any issue or damage must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned merchandise must be unused and received in its original condition and packaging.
- Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Returns are accepted exclusively at our designated warehouse facilities.
- Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the total purchase value.
- Refunds are issued as merchandise credit only.
- Natural variations in wood, stone, marble, grain, texture, or color are considered part of the uniqueness of the materials and are not eligible for exchanges or claims.
Please retain all original packaging materials, receipts, labels, and documentation associated with your order until you are certain you will keep the product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if the items have not yet shipped or entered the production and dispatch process. Products that are in stock are typically prepared for shipment within 24 to 48 hours after the order is confirmed. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Exclusive Sample Kit
A sample kit request form is available for qualified clients, designers, architects, and trade professionals interested in receiving material and finish samples.
